Black tunic

This tunic set works really well if you’re going for a Star Wars-inspired costume or a simple fantasy cosplay look. The hooded robe and tunic give it that classic Jedi-style appearance without needing a complicated costume. The material is lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for a party, convention, or Halloween event. The pieces fit together nicely and the overall look comes together quickly once everything is on. It’s a good option if you want something recognizable and fun without having to spend a lot of time putting together a costume from separate pieces. Overall, this is a solid cosplay outfit if you’re going for a Jedi-style costume or a simple hooded fantasy look.

Product came quickly, overall decent costume, matches the images, thin materials, I ordered a size up and the cloth belt was still too small, the fake leather belt fit nicely. The costume will not stay together under normal movements, I recommend getting clothing velcro tape to keep the robes together better, I also used velcro tape to attach the cloth belt to the leather one to get the full look.

I am very pleased with the costume for the price paid. It's not exactly screen accurate and is made of inexpensive, costume-quality material rather than movie-replica quality, but it fits and wears very well for the price. Be aware that the costume comes in multiple pieces, and that there are no fasteners on anything except for the pants and belts. The tunic and tabards are only held in place by the belts. If you plan to be moving around much, you'll want to consider using safety pins or maybe adding velcro strips to keep the pieces in place. For those wondering how to wear the costume: 1. Put on the pants 2. Put on the tunic and close it like a bath robe - it has no fasteners unless you add your own 3. Put one tabard (the long strips of fabric) over each shoulder 4. Use the obi (the sash with the velcro strip) as the first belt. It goes over the tunic and tabards to hold them in place at the waist 5. Use the faux leather costume belt over the obi If you're looking at a good quality costume at a reasonable price, this will do the job nicely.

Purchased this costume for my son to wear to multiple events (including Disneyland and Halloween). It was inexpensive, with decent material that will not scratch or irritate! He looks AMAZING. Got a Men's XS. The waste is far too big for my smaller-than-average son, but the sleeves are the perfect length (I will belt/pin the waste to fit). My husband was blown away...

Alright, this is the review you want friends! Right down to business, this is an excellent Jedi tunic for the price! The material is very soft and is immensely comfortable, it feels like you're wearing pajamas. How DURABLE it is however, remains to be seen, as I have not owned it very long as of this writing. It looks great as well and I can tell you I got quite a few compliments on it during the "Rise of Skywalker" premier. So you'll be alright in that department. NOW, let me tell you what you need to know about this thing. YOU WILL BE CONSTANTLY, CONSTANTLY ADJUSTING YOURSELF WHILE WEARING THIS. What do I mean by this? On the tunic itself, the "under tunic" collar fabric is not sewn to the tunic, so it's like two silk ribbons CONSTANTLY trying to flop out of your garment. You will be tucking them and grabbing them and shifting them to keep your look intact. As for the tunic itself, as mentioned earlier it is very comfortable, you literally could just lounge around the house in it, HOWEVER, for those of you who have ever worn a martial arts gi, you know how it has ties on each side to keep it closed? Well this tunic DOES NOT have those. So, just like the "under tunic" collar fabric, this thing is going to be constantly shifting and coming loose and open on you. So that's two layers of this thing already that are constantly shifting. NEXT are the SHOULDER TABARDS. They look and feel great, but they do not actually attach in any way to the tunic, you just drape them over your shoulders and because of that, depending on how you move around, these things WILL drop off your shoulders and you'll have to keep pulling them back on and adjusting them and pulling them tight. Now that's THREE layers of this thing you will be CONSTANTLY ADJUSTING. Next is the OBI. It wraps fairly well with velcro enclosure on the back which DOES keep it securely closed....HOWEVER, as you move around the fabric is going to sort crinkle itself up and it's not going to look good at all, so you'll CONSTANTLY be having to pull at it and uncrinkle the darn thing to keep your look intact. Lastly is the belt! The belt itself is actually okay guys, it has a velcro enclosure to keep it on and just like the obi, it'll actually stay together pretty well. Because literally everything under it is going to be shifting you're going to have to keep adjusting and shifting this too. The final word here guys is it's a pretty good look for the price, compared to what else I'm sure you've seen out there. But I'm telling you, you WILL, YOU WILL have to constantly adjust this thing to look sharp or you will look like a very disheveled force user. So, do what I'm gonna do and take it to someone you know that can sew and get this thing put together right so you look sharp. Because all the adjusting and shifting is such a doggone headache, I had to give this thing only three stars. I hope this review helps gang, happy trails and May the Force be with you, always. :)

As you can see in the photos, I have two sets. One in "White" and one in Brown. I absolutely love these. The fit great, they are comfortable, and they look good. I love having something like this in my closet, and I wear these robes far more than I thought I would. For the price point, they deserve 5 stars! I would give them a 9/10. The only "bad" part about them is that the Shoulder Sashes are not attached. Personally, for ease of use, I had mine sewn on. Still, a great costume piece to have if you are a Jedi at heart!

I actually practice Jedi Faith and wear these Tunics for a LONG period of time *DAILY* For those considering buying these allow me to give you a "Good, Bad, Ugly" sort of review The Good: The fabric is amazing as far as look, feel, comfort and performance. Considering the price you are paying it doesn't get much better than these with out paying an extra $100 on either A: Customs / sewing one yourself. Or B: Going to the Disney Park and buying one. They are great for cosplay, and great for Practitioners of the Jedi life and they do last. However there is a "but" to that which ill cover quickly. The bad: The pants that comes with this tunic look great, and are comfortable but they only last 2 or 3 cleanings, and the crotch is the first thing to go, not the butt, not knees, the crotch...(fellow Men, you've been warned.) And let's be honest here: Most guys go "commando" these days I very much recommend discarding the pants all together and buy yourself some good Yoga pants or some kind of cloth/stretchy pants that will not clash too hard with the fabric of the tunic. The Ugly: (The "but" I told you was coming) Sweat, long exposure to rain, or washing them In a machine will take roughly an inch and a half off your tunic *every. Single. Time.* particularly in the sleeves/ shoulder. Again, I myself wear this daily and do various work out drills or general life activity in this tunic. I took these to a Larp event (live action role play) and it was rain for a straight 48 hours. My sleeves shrunk *badly* If you are a cosplayer, going to a lot of conventions - you know first hand that event panels like meeting a Voices actor, or autograph signing etc can get pretty hot, cause of all the bodies giving off heat. Add a slightly warm tunic on top? You are gonna bake. And any sweat you give off will kill your sleeves. All and all, these are a 3.11-4.0 star buy. And they last me a long time. Edit: October 23 2022: There was one thing I forgot to bring up! and as this review has been getting a LOT of positive response on Amazon. I figured it was worth an update/edit. The belt: The belt that comes with this set. Is a velcro wrap around. It's not a real belt. The velcro is strong and on it's own will stay in place. But if you try to hang anything off of it, a sword prop, a lightsaber hilt, a canteen filled with water? Anything like over 2-3 pounds? it's just NOT going to work. Like the pants, consider upgrading the belt.

This is a really great costume for any Star Wars fan like myself. I have tried it on and the thickness of it felt almost exactly like the Jedi wore in the films. The only difference is I had to use a belt tk make the pants fit AND IT WORKED.

Done the the job though did not come with a hood as pictured.
