All of our products are under strict control of QC to make sure the quality. Specification: Materal: Food grade silicone Size: 10.5 cm Color: Green Weight: 30g Heat resistant temperature: Up to 230โ Quantity: 4 pcs Package Included: 4 * Egg Ring Review: Love them, but FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS! - Easy to clean and use, and non-stick. Words to the wise: Preheat your skillet to medium high, then drop to low. Spray the skillet and rings then set them in, then crack eggs into the rings and put a lid over it and cook on LOW (canโt stress this enough) until nearly set. Then remove the rings, flip and cook the other side. If you donโt do it this way youโll end up with burnt bottoms before the rest of the egg can cook through enough that it wonโt run out the sides when you remove the ring. Follow those instructions and theyโll be perfect every time. Took me a few tries to figure that out before almost giving up and thinking it was impossible. Review: OK but not great - 3 of the 4 leaked but I may have had better luck if I had put some weight on them, annoying but do-able. Also, the handles became quite hot so avoid touching the metal part.

Solved my first world breakfast sandwich problem
I like to make breakfast sandwiches in the morning but normally have to fight my eggs to stop them from overtaking the pan. This has put an end to my first world problem. I can only fit one in my standard pan but found out that I can put two eggs in it so that solved my problem! It doesn't stick and allows the eggs to cook well. The eggs can stick to it if you don't grease it but it washes off with just a bit of effort.

Why not add another gimmicky kitchen tool to the pile?
I'm not sure why I always think I need things like this, but that's another story for another day. This is a 3.5 star review. I thought it would work a little better than it actually does, but the egg does stick to the inside rim of the silicone. This results in a little difficulty in removing the molds to flip the eggs, and a little less than perfection in your finished egg rounds. It also adds a small washing chore to your to do list, to clean the cooked egg off the rings afterward. Neither of which tasks is too difficult, mind you, but I think I expected no sticking at all, which is not the case. Would spraying the rings with cooking spray help? Perhaps. But at this point, between storing these, finding them, jiggling them off the eggs, and cleaning them after, I'm rethinking my life choices. One other small note is that the side handles to the rings do rest on the bottom of the pan while cooking and get a little warm although you shouldn't burn yourself if you handle gently.

Makes cooking an egg so much easier!
These things are great. Now that I'm working from home, I'm cooking an egg most days to add some protein to my sandwiches. I put one of these on the pan, pour some oil in, and voila! Perfectly round egg that fits very nicely on my sandwich. it's great for breakfast eggs, too. Without these, when I cook an egg, I tend to get those real thin pieces on the outer edge of the egg that turn brown and don't taste very good. This gives the egg an uniform thickness, which makes it easier to cook.

There are better ones out there
I would spend a little more money on a better product. There is not a good seal on this ring so I usually get leakage. Also there is a little handle that swivels with which to pick up the ring after cooking so as not to burn yourself. Problem is that because it swivels, it always falls down, resting in the hot pan so you're still getting your fingers dangerously close to the pan anyway.

The Rings Work As Advertised
Several purchasers of these rings have complained about them. I have found that they do exactly what they were designed to do. It is important that the pan they are used in is absolutely flat. I have found that the best way to poach an egg using the rings is to put about ยผ" of water in a pan with a cover that's preferably glass so you can see the eggs as they cook. Bring the water to a simmer. Carefully place an egg into each ring and when the water has begun simmering again (about 30 seconds), remove the pan from the heat and place the cover on it. Check the eggs as they simmer and remove the rings when the eggs have reached the desired doneness. Transfer the eggs to muffins, toasts, plates or whatever with a slotted spoon. Experiment until you get the cooking time right.

Great Ring for cooking
These are great for the kids! The make great โround eggsโ or English muffin eggs, as the kids call them. They also make perfect little pancakes. One side is slightly larger than the other allowing for two different size circles.
