Other reviewers have commented on the finish of these drill bits - specifically rust and my set is the same. Tried cleaning them up without success. Whilst it's essentially a cosmetic issue - it's disappointing to receive a brand new product this way. I've tested the bits out - they seem to do what they're supposed to do, but definitely use a very slow drill speed. The case the bits are delivered in is solid and well worth having. Overall I think these represent decent value for money - especially given the high price of some alternatives.
