is it big enough for a ball python?

Full grown no, but an adolescent or baby yes

Is this big enough for a bearded dragon?

I use it for my bearded dragon now..he would fit when he was a teeny tiny baby. Now he sits on it because he can not fit inside. If your dragon is not a tiny little thing then you would want for decoration .

no, but more roomy than they look
