INNATE Response Formulas Iron Response, 90 Tablets

I was diagnosed with low iron deficiency and my doctor recommended 65 mg of iron (1) pill per day. I took this dosage and I felt very much sick from over the counter brand . A friend recommended me this brand since her natural pathology doctor uses it on all of her patients. I been taking (2)pills a day since it has a lower dosage per pill. This is my second bottle and I love the results . My iron levels are up now and there is no side effects of any kind. Price wise is more expensive than other brands but I feel that these have changed how I feel and it has more vitamins combined.

Low ferritin, and my iron was also low, but not at an anemic level. It's been almost a year, and it's important to know that you can take two pills a day to equal what you would get from ferrous sulfate. I didn't know that and my ferritin went down, but my iron went up, so I am now beginning to take two in an effort to raise up my ferritin.

My ferritin has ranged from 3 to 12 for 4 1/2 years. I've tried elemental Ferrous Sulfate. I've tried Energizing Iron. I've tried Slow Iron. I've tried Ultra 40 Beef Liver tablets. Finally my new doctor recommended this product. My ferritin was 8 two months ago and now it is 25 because of Innate Response. I take 2 per day morning and evening with a protein shake that has Kale and Chia seeds. I don't know if that is important or not but it is what I do. I do feel that Innate Response is slightly constipating but much less so that Ferrous Sulfate. Should be eating more fiber anyway. My doctor wants me to aim for a ferritin level of 50 to help with restless leg and periodic limb movements (while sleeping.) I wish that I could reach all the women who have been struggling with low ferritin. Note that this is a confirmed purchase, not a sales plant. As of 6/2/2016 my Ferritin is 102 taking 8 tablets of Innate Response Iron. This is way over the recommendations for a daily dose but I have so many health problems that could be related to low Ferritin that I was desperate. I am now concerned about toxicity because it appears that supplements can get away with not listing all their ingredients. My creatinine levels are occasionally elevated for no apparent reason so I like to know what I'm eating. I'm going to drop down to six per day. Oh another change I made was to go dairy-free about 2 years ago for other reasons. There is some evidence that dairy-intolerance interferes with iron absorption. Also, I don't find this product constipating now. I doubt it was the problem.

This formula works well, I was somewhat low in iron but not terribly, and I’ve noticed a definite improvement since taking them. I no longer crave beef all the time and I have a bit more energy. Would recommend

I REALLY like this product! My labs had improved levels across the board within 30 days. Wow! My only complaint is they make me throw up. I cute them in half and now take half in the morning with breakfast and half at lunch. When i was on two a day I had to take the second at night as i was falling asleep to keep it down. Even with only taking half at a time I'm still feeling nauseous and use peppermint essential oils and ginger essential oils and just inhale the aroma from the bottles to be able to keep my food in my stomach. Otherwise I'd be hanging over a garbage can during my meetings at work. Of course I've tried half a dozen different irons and they all make me sick. I just live with it and am happy my lab work was so favorable as a result of this product.

I had no side effects and my test results improved.

These work. They will not constipate you. They do not have horrid flavor.
