I have been a fan of Sterling West since I met him years ago in the military. Since physicians all must re-certify regularly now, it only makes sense to review the best available resource. Review: Great update; includes 100 Care-style questions - Great update to Rheum Secrets. Just have to adjust text size to make it readable on kindle. Only complaint is that the tables are distorted and small.

4.75 starts. Most frequently used as my goto resource, Almost 5 stars
Great resource with latest evidence. I do agree with others that the print in this book is on the small side. The previous version has larger print - making ease of use much better. Actually, due to the small and scrunched in print, I most often use the online version which fortunately was included with purchase.... a nice feature! Definitley recommend, but word to publisher- spend a few more cents - charge a little more if needed and produce in larger print.

Great content impaired by small print
This is clearly not a labcoat pocket book, so why insist on making the print so small?? It impedes reading flow and information retention, and gives eyestrain. I hope that a normal (i.e. larger) print option will be available for future editions, because the content is excellent. Otherwise, very high yield information, with just the right amount of details for relatively quick review of a topic, and covers topics not addressed in larger adult rheum books, like immune mediated hearing loss, CRMO, etc. Excellent for a motivated IM resident rotating through rheum, or for a rheum trainee starting R4 and wanting a relatively quick review of the field before diving into more detailed resources.
