EXTREME4 Fasteners are crafted with a hardened stainless steel insert covered in black oxide. The insert holds decking to joists for a prolonged hold-down. EXTREME4 hidden deck fasteners are tested to be up to 3X tougher and more robust than other leading edge-mount fastening methods. When using the EXTREME4, deck boards are secured only on one side.
