There are 35 weights and together they weight 5 lbs. I used about half of them to fill out the spaces in my vest that didn't have weights in them when I bought it. Then I shared the rest with a friend that had a similar vest. It was a great investment to increase the weight of my training vest. **Q: Are these compatible with the hyperwear hyper vest sxy women's 5-pound adjustable weighted vest?** A: Hi Kelly. I'm sorry but these weights are not compatible with a SXY Hyperwear vest. We have discontinued that model. These weights are only for the Hyper Vest PRO. We no longer sell the SXY booster weights but please contact us at customerservice@hyperwear.com and we will get back to you with a resolution. Thank you. Hyperwear **Q: What are the dimensions of the weights the Length & width. The width looks about 1/2 inch and the length 2 to 3 inches in length?”** A: Weight size will vary slightly but they are closer to 2 inches long. **Q: How much waight in total can the vest hold??** A: Each size vest has a different weight capacity. Small 21 lbs, medium 23 lbs, large 33 lbs. ## Frequently Bought Together - Hyperwear Hyper Vest Weighted Vests for PRO or ELITE - Set of 35 2.3 oz 1/4 in thin weight vest plates (5lbs Total) - Hyperwear Hyper Vest ELITE Fully Adjustable Weight Vest - Stretch CORDURA® Fabric Zipper Thin Steel Weights - Weighted Vests for Running, Strength, Endurance, Walking - Sizes S, M, L, XL - Hyperwear Hyper Vest PRO Weighted Vest Men and Weight Vest Women, Performance Stretch Wicking Fabric, Thin Adjustable Weighted Vest, Pre-loaded with Smallest Steel Weights for Weighted Vests --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/1301607-hyper-vest-weighted-vests-for-pro-or-elite-set-35](https://www.desertcart.no/products/1301607-hyper-vest-weighted-vests-for-pro-or-elite-set-35) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
