### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ease of use and satisfactory customer support
*by O***Z on September 2, 2026*

I have been using the surveillance system for more than 6 months very happy with the EZ use of install and use. I am also satisfied with the customer service that has assisted me in replacing cameras that have malfunction and also the replacement and instructions on how to complete the replacement steps and downloading captured video onto a external stick drive. I will not think twice in recommending to my friends and family members!!! One keynote, at night during night vision mode, if a light source is close enough, images will be in COLOR!!! Great to notice color differences of peoples clothing and distinguishing trees, shrubs, vehicle!!! Well, everything!!!
