Why is the iron content 0% while other brands have 9%?

Hello, We got the answer yesterday from the manufacturer, and it as follows: "The old study done on our Tahina showed a very low Iron content due to our processing & type of used sesame. % DV varies between 1% to 4%. At that time it was decided to put it 0% considering the low % DV (FDA rounding procedure) Now we are using A standard variety of Sesame & different processing " Thank you. Noura Market

Do you get two 16 ounce jars, or one? Seems quite overpriced for one.

OliveNation and JR Mushrooms and Specialties currently offer the Tahina in individual jars. Unfortunately, we do not offer twin/double packs. Our current listing (on 10/14/15) offers this item for $6.08. I hope this helps.
