Does it fit a dually?

Husky Liner Bed Rail protectors would not fit dual rear wheel (dually) trucks. Dually trucks have 8' beds.

Does it come with necessities for installation?

Yes, but you may want to have more cleaning supply's to clean the top bed rails good before installation.

Will this fit 2014 Silverado ?

It would fit a 2014 Silverado 2500HD or 3500HD with the 6.5 foot bed.

does it include a tailgate edge cover?

It doesn't include the tailgate edge cover. Aside from that, I do HIGHLY recommend these bed rail covers. They are the best quality that I've found. I bought them to replace the cra%@y covers that I had before on my truck.
