Comfortable and strong
I bought this belt to use for weighted dips and pull ups and so far it has been amazing. It is very comfortable, the fabric is soft but sturdy. The chain feels strong and for the price it doesn't seem cheaply made at all. Granted I haven't used an insane amount of test weight. So far, I've used 27.5 pounds at most for pull ups. It does feel a little big when you attach it but once the weight is on it hugs your frame nicely and stays on easily. I've used it at least a dozen times so far and am loving the ease of it. I highly recommend if you need to take your pull ups/dips to the next level. Update: now that I've had the product for over 1 year I wanted to add a quick update. The belt is still going strong. I was able to add a 45lb plate and it didn't buckle at all. It's lasted at least 120 sessions since I use it twice a week and it feels the exact same as when I bought it.

For $20 I feel like I stole it
For $20 I feel like I stole it. The belt is very comfortable for both weighted dips and pull-ups, and I think that I will probably wear out before it does. The only thing I don't like is the clip and its placement on the belt. The clip has sharp edges and likes to grab fingers and shirts. It would also be nice if it was on the other side, but that is personal preference and I can just wear the belt upside down if I really need to. An anecdote on durability: I ran into a guy at the gym who had the same belt but 4 years old. It looked a little grubby, but there were no frays or tears and he has been hanging 90# plus on it for most of that 4 years, so I am optimistic. His older belt had a swivel snap hook rather than the carabiner mine came with, but they appeared identical otherwise. Maybe the snap hook is weaker, but It seems more practical and I may replace the carabiner with one. Still the Harbinger polypro dip belt is a GREAT product; my only regret is that I didn't buy one years ago.

Fairly Priced, Excellent Quality Belt
Awesome, designed really well for it's price. No discomfort at all wrapped around my waist. Be careful of the harbinger as it is a tad bit sharp and slightly cut my finger's skin. I was a bit careless though hooking it to chain quickly. It is very solid and has a strong spring to make sure the chain is locked in.

Great for dips, pullups, and elevated push-ups
I use this with my Weider 200 Power Tower (bought on Amazon) and it has been a great addition to my compact home gym. The chain is long enough to use with my PowerBlock dumbbells, but as others have stated, you may have troubles with a 45lb plate if you can only go through the middle. I was searching for a leather belt (what I grew up using in my high school gym and loved the quality), but this fabric belt is strong, sturdy, and comfortable. The chain itself is thick and strong and seems durable. Overall, very happy with the product and pleased I could get it for a good price.

Flexible for most sized people.
Sometimes a stiffer belt is better, but this satisfies my needs.

Best bang for the buck in dip belts!
I was nervous about the quality since this belt was so cheap. However, once you take it out of the box you can tell that its going to last a long time. What other reviewers said about the chain being too short is true. Unless you want one of your balls on either side of a 45lb plate, you will need to get a longer chain from HD or Lowes. I added a new longer chain and kept the old on in place. I like to use the small chain to keep the belt on my waist and then load weights on the longer chain. Just for testing purposes I stuck 3 45s on the chain and jumped around a little to see if the belt could handle the weight. It did. I was going to buy a leather belt simply because I like the look of "old school" equipment, but this belt is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great quality and built to last
I purchased this Weight Dip belt so that I could add to the difficulty in performing pullups, chin-ups, and dips. Adding weight is an easy way to greatly increase the difficulty and results from body exercises. I have been stuck at being able to perform about 15 pull ups for a long time despite work on a rowing machine and lat pull downs machines. Every time I hop up expecting to do a couple extra pull ups but end with the same result. After a few weeks of doing pull-ups with an extra 25 lbs of weight strapped to me, I can know hit close to 20 pull ups without weight. This belt is a quality made belt that is comfortable to wear. To use it you throw the belt around you then run the chain from one side through the second loop. You then run the chain through the hole in a plate and clip it back to wear you started. The weight sits comfortably below your crotch and between your knees. This belt will be the only one you will ever need to buy unless of course you somehow loose it. I did not receive any discounts or free products for providing this review of Harbinger's dip belt. The belt was simply high quality and a great product. If this is an item you are looking for it will be exactly what you want and you want need to search for a better one in the future. Great quality.

Must have for pull ups and dips
I wanted my own belt so I didn't have to use the gross gym one that you can never find. Works great and easy to use. I've done 25 lb plates and 35 lb plates and plenty of room with the chain and your legs. I wouldn't do a 45lb plate, I would stick with 35lb and do a 10lb plate with it to keep the clearance. Chain seems sturdy, I loop and clip it back through for storage and leave in my car trunk organizer.

High Quality, While Holding High Weight Over Many Years
I use this belt 2-3 time per week, usually for heavy dips and pull-ups. This belt feels great around the hips and the clasp, chain, and belt material have held-up extremely well over the years. This belt has held 180lbs+ on mutliple occasions and its high quality has not degraded. It has been a staple in my gym bag for years and i'm sure it will continue to be. If you are looking for a durable dip/weighted pull-up belt, look no further. I have been very impressed with its quality and durability.

Great belt
I've only used this a couple times so far for weighted pull ups, but the quality feels good, the chain feels strong (and looks cool in gun metal) and the belt is quite comfortable to wear. One thing to note is one end of the chain is permanently attached to one of the metal loops on the belt, and the other end of the chain has a carabiner clip. Might be handy for some to know if they're considering a belt where you can remove the chain entirely - you can't remove the chain with this belt.
