Explosion Box Set

The Koogel Explosion Gift Box is a really creative and fun way to make a personalized gift, but the assembly was a bit tricky at first. Once I figured out how each layer folds, it became much easier. A clear instruction sheet showing which side to fold would make a big difference for first‑time users.I found it easiest to design and decorate each part separately, then assemble everything at the end—this made the whole process much more manageable. The included stickers and glitter pens are a great addition. Since I ordered the red box, which is quite dark, the glitter pens were actually the only ones that showed up clearly when writing on it.Overall, it’s a lovely, customizable gift box with great accessories, just be prepared for a little learning curve during assembly.

PERFECT! PERFECT! PERFECT! I 1000% recommend these exploding boxes! These were by far the best gifts I could give my family. My Mother, Mother-in-law & grandmother loved them. They are all picture fanatics, so they just adored all the photos my husband and I included. They boxes did come with instructions as well, however I thought the video instructions on amazon in the details was way easier to follow than the paper instructions. One issue was getting the right picture sizes, there are 5 different layer sizes, but if your willing to cut the photos up like I did, you shouldn't have a problem. I personally had a very challenging time with the lids, but honestly if your doing more than 1 of these by the second box you should be a pro. I loved the boxes & I enjoyed putting these together and seeing memories. It's a very nice bonding experience as well for whoever is going to receive the box, you can ask them about the people in the photos if your unfamiliar or ask if they remember that time in certain photos.

I got this explosion box as a surprise gift for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loved it! The box was fun to assemble, and it came with plenty of decorations to customize each layer with our photos and messages. When it opens up, it’s truly stunning and adds a personal touch that regular gifts just don’t have. Perfect for anniversaries or special occasions if you want to make your gift unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique, heartfelt present!

This exploding gift box ended up being a really fun and memorable gift. I made one for my daughter’s 23rd birthday, filled it with photos and little notes and gifts, and even added a couple of wind-up butterflies so they would fly out when she opened it. The surprise effect was fantastic and she absolutely loved it. It definitely created a special moment. The box itself comes preassembled with scrapbooking accessories and plenty of little spaces to add photos, messages, and decorations. There’s a lot of room to get creative and personalize it however you want, which is what makes it such a unique gift. That said… be prepared to invest some time. I spent hours working on it, arranging pictures and decorating everything. It turned out great, but it’s definitely not a quick project if you want it to look nice.Pros• Very creative and unique gift idea• Lots of space for photos, messages, and decorations• Comes with scrapbooking accessories• Makes a fun surprise when opened• Great for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasionsCons• Very time-consuming to put together if you want to do it wellOverall VerdictA really fun DIY gift that creates a memorable surprise moment. It takes patience and time to complete, but if you enjoy crafting and personalizing gifts, the end result can be very special.

I ordered this as a gift for my fiance for valentines day. It is super cute except now it is falling apart and needs to be thrown away. If you are planning to try to keep the gift box, I would save your money and get something else, but if you just want it to put a gift in and need it for a short period of time, it is worth it. It is A LOT of work to put together, took me hours. It isn't hard, just time consuming. By the time I had the box put together, I was so over it I didn't even want to decorate it. But my fiance liked it so that's a win.

I absolutely loved the result! Everything came in very nice packaging. The only thing I’d say about it is that it came with a little bend in the material, BUT I just folded the crease out and it was good to go!! The instructions was 50% easy to follow, so I went to YouTube University lol and found a very easy to follow tutorial. It’s sturdy to a certain degree, but when you add your pictures it makes it a little more sturdy. Make sure you purchase your own double sided tape, you’ll thank me later! I added wrapping paper and other embellishments to make it pop! I made this for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day and I’m super excited to give it to him. I believe he’s gonna love it!!

This Explosion Gift Box is excellent! The chalk pens included enabled me to decorate each flap in a colorful fun way. This was well made and directions were easy to use. They supply more than you need to personalize it. Everything you need is included. After assembling, the trial run worked perfectly.

It’s made of a flimsy paper and is absolutely terrible. A zero start item in my opinion.
