And even after this five star review I’m going to admit I still think these are overpriced. The pumps are really easy to use and they’re pretty easy to refill as well. Like I said above they’re made out of plastic which is a really good thing for me because having the bed-and-breakfast people tend to be a little clumsy. Overall I I would purchase these again… I actually purchased another set yesterday as a matter of fact for the second bathroom. I still feel the same that the price is a little high. They are stuck in the lick position, tried to turn to unlock, they are stuck!** A: Hi, the pumps come tightly locked by the manufacturer. For best results, hold the pump tightly by the pump mechanism while unscrew. Basically, the pump needs to be turned while the inner mechanism stays still.
