Review: Fantastic product! - I had a a crick and muscle spasms in my upper back , shoulders and neck for 4 weeks. After trying hot packs, cold packs, and a trip to the doctor with no relief. I used the Massage Mouse for 2 days and presto!, not more pain or tight muscle. This little mouse is awesome and it saved my quality of life! It was delivered on time and very well packaged. I only have one negative comment, the batteries included were corroded and not usable so I had to insert new batteries.

Received this product late September and by November 1 it quit working. Odered this one to replace one I had used for 10 years without problem. Went online to return it and it is no longer eligible for return.
