Griddle/Warmer Plus features an efficient square shape that holds more pancakes and eggs than conventional rectangular griddles. The big 14- x 15-inch PFAS-free ceramic nonstick cooking surface is great for cooking any meal. I saw the comments when I first found it but I just didn't think of how big it was. If you have the space it is worth it. In terms of the cooking surface, the top is very non-stick, and rarely have to use elbow grease to get stuff off of it. It can be a pretty hefty price tag but I believe that it is worth the price tag. Another thing is the warming tray. It takes a little to warm up but it eventually becomes nice and works perfectly. It is portable so you don't have to make another plate or tray dirty. I think this tray is a feature that you don't know you are missing until you get it.

**Q: Where can I get a replacement cord for model 07023, I lost mine in a move and its brand new! I really don't want to buy another.**
A: Go to Ebay.com...put in "PRESTO 0690005 Electric Skillet Griddle Heat Control Power Cable Cord".  Less that $12 with shipping.  Or go to Amazon and input the same.  $13 with prime shipping.

**Q: Can the teflon piece be removed from the base for cleaning?**
A: I couldn't remove mine. I just wiped it off really good after each use while it was still hot. And used the corner of my rag to get around the edges really good.

**Q: Does this have a grease trap?**

I needed an upgrade from my old small griddle and this is much larger than I truly expected. I saw the comments when I first found it but I just didn't think of how big it was. If you have the space it is worth it. In terms of the cooking surface, the top is very non-stick, and rarely have to use elbow grease to get stuff off of it. It can be a pretty hefty price tag but I believe that it is worth the price tag. Another thing is the warming tray. It takes a little to warm up but it eventually becomes nice and works perfectly.
