All hardware necessary for attachment directly to M-LOK Slots on either aluminum or polymer mounting locations is included.

A: it is 1.5 inches long overall and the screw holes are .75 inch from center to center. I measured with a ruler so give or take a 16th of an inch or so LOL

A: Yes. it will fit.

**Q: Will the streamlight 88066 pro tac rail mount hl-x, 1,000 mount to this 3 slot m-lok rail system?**
A: I have not tested the items you are referring to. However, they should work together. I would be surprised if they did not.

**Q: does this come with the 2 ea screws and Mlok T nuts?**
A: Yes, It comes with everything you need to install it
