**Q: How do I shape these so they are not flat as a pancake?  I tried an exacto knife but now can't hit straight.**
A: You need to buy a shaper, it's like a curved sandpaper or sandpaper-like metal or you can use a lathe if you have one handy that can fit a cue in it and a razor or lathe cutting tool.
There are plenty of cheap good quality tools for shaping and cutting cue tips.

Common radius shapes from more forgiving inaccurate strikes to least: Nickle, Penny, Dime

**Q: How do I shape these so they are not flat as a pancake?**
A: There are several tools you can use:1) Tweeten Tip Sanding Tool2) Cuetec Bowtie Scuffer/Shaper3) Cube2 tip tool4) Willard Scuffer tool (dime and nickel shape)

**Q: Would it be possible to make different colors for the tips depending if they are ss, s, m, etc.?  I have different types and hard to identify**
A: Cuesoul does have a cuesoul original in brown. All hardnesses. Have to go to their website to get them however. Or at least I haven't seen them anywhere else.

**Q: Do you know the hardness of the mediums, they seem more hard than medium?**
A: They are definitely harder than standard medium. I would rate the medium as hard.
