## Features

- ARCHITECTURE + CHEMISTRY — Lymeez Stretch Mesh Tick Gaiters combine patented ClimbDisrupt architecture with permethrin-treated fabric. Ticks don’t fly or jump. Ticks instinctively climb upward from grass and brush. The mesh slows tick ascent, keeping ticks on the treated surface longer while permethrin acts over time. See 20-second video.
- CONTACT TIME MATTERS — Ticks are exposed to built-in durable repellent when they climb onto the treated gaiter. CDC research shows that ticks exposed to permethrin-treated clothing lose normal movement, become sluggish, and drop off.
- MADE FOR MOVEMENT — Walking, hiking, gardening, and normal outdoor activity flex and brush the fabric. This Active Release process breaks some microcapsules during use, releasing fresh permethrin. Also effective on chiggers and mosquitoes.
- CLIMB-DISRUPT ARCHITECTURE — Lymeez stretch mesh acts as a force multiplier for permethrin treatment. Lymeez mesh stretches and conforms around the leg, creating a textured climbing surface that helps slow upward tick movement and increase contact with the permethrin treatment.
- BUILT FOR TICK HABITAT — Lightweight slip-on design for everyday use. Soft, breathable stretch knit construction. Can be worn over pants or bare legs. Designed for comfort during yard work and outdoor recreation. For more durable use in dense brush consider Lymeez 3D mesh tick gaiters. OUTSIDE MORE, WORRY LESS!
- NO REAPPLICATION NEEDED — Treated in the USA with 0.52% UV-resistant, EPA-registered, microencapsulated permethrin. Bonded at the fiber level for long-lasting performance. Typical users can expect about two years of protection when worn approximately 50 hours per month. This estimate is not an expiration date; substantial but not optimal permethrin remains.
- FIT & WEAR Youth–Adults. One size fits most Stretches to approximately 12 inches high and 19 inches in circumference
- ⚠️ SAFETY NOTE: While Lymeez products are designed to be an effective tool against tick exposure, they are not a guarantee against tick bites or tick-borne disease. Use in conjunction with other CDC recommended strategies.
