**Q: Does this require a handset lifter?**
A: Depends on the phone.
Some Cisco Phones Require a lifter (Older phones) 
Some newer phones do the lifting internally and requires a specific interconnect cable such as APC-43 cable.
We use 7975 model phones which do require the cable, but no mechaniocal lifter.

**Q: Can I answer the phone from the headset?**
A: Yes, you do have on-ear controls for easy access to key call control capabilities, including answer call, end call, reject a call, hold/resume (for multiple calls), mute/unmute, volume up, and volume down. **Q: Is the y-cable included to plug into the aux port? i have a cisco phone 8841, no usb port.**
A: Yes, the Cisco Headset 560 series standard base comes with USB to USB Cable: for devices with USB connectivity, USB Y-Cable: for Cisco IP Phones without a USB port, and USB-A to USB-C Cable (available separately for PC or Mac devices). **Q: I use ring central on my laptop.  will this headset work with my ring central phone?**
A: The headset is compatible with the Cisco IP phones, Cisco Webex, Webex Meetings and Cisco Webex Teams.
