Easy install. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly What Name Implies *by J***A on April 13, 2017* As its name implies, this is indeed a "flexy" license frame and probably works best with vehicles with a flat mounting space or a separate license plate holder to give it support. Unfortunately, my 2017 Crosstrek doesn't - so the license plate itself is needed to give frame support and keep it from flexing. I suspect if this frame comes into contact with something hard, all it will do is bend (along with license plate) which might limit the amount of protection it offers. Time will tell. I like the WeatherTech bumper frame better and have it on our Forester.
