Do these fit over the black diamond flex tips, long ?

I believe the old tips should come off and the new ones put on...mine went on very easily and have never come off.

Are these tips p/n bd1120790000all1? the tips for my older trail pro shock are loose on my new poles. my new poles are p/n bd1121480000all1

These tips are P/N BD1120790000ALL1. They do not screw into the trekking poles, but rather slid over existing ends, to protect them, and give better traction on very hard surfaces... They are much different than the BD1121180000ALL1 that you mentioned, which do indeed screw into the trekking poles.

Is it compatible with the Alpine Carbon Cork trekking poles?

Hello, Yes, this will work with the Alpine Carbon Corks when using the carbide tips. Please, email any questions to bdmo@bdel.com.

will they work on trail sport 3 series trekking poles?
