I called the Cameo people that market the product) and their only solution was to send me a new unit. I found however, that purchasing UHU tac from a craft store solved the problem. UHU tac is a reusable adhesive plastic molding adhesive, You pull off a small piece and replace it for the worn out sticky gunk that is supplied with the filter dispenser. When UHU gets clogged with paper fibers, just scrape it around to expose new sticky surface and you are good to go. **Q: Does this work with bunn bcf100-b filters?** A: I think it should. If the bunn filter is flat bottom and not cone shape, a good test would be to take a bunn bcf100-b filter to the grocery store and compare the height of the sides of the bunn filter with the height of the standard flat bottom coffee filter.
