The How People Change Facilitator’s Guide by Paul Tripp and Tim Lane recognizes that Christian growth is a lifelong process rather than an overnight transformation. This guide helps leaders walk participants through understanding the deeper motivations behind their thoughts, desires, and actions, offering clear, biblically grounded tools for addressing long-standing patterns and growing in love for God and others. Structured around twelve in-depth lessons, the guide provides everything a leader needs to confidently facilitate discussion and application. Each lesson includes step-by-step guidance for using the study materials, supplemental teaching content, homework discussion prompts, relational applications, illustrations, group discussion questions, and “Make It Real” activities that connect biblical truth to everyday life. Designed to complement the How People Change Study Guide and video seminar, it is flexible enough for use in churches, small groups, classrooms, youth settings, or one-on-one discipleship. Equips facilitators with practical tools to lead participants toward genuine, lasting heart and behavior change. Twelve comprehensive lessons provide structured support for teaching, discussion, and real-life application. Adaptable for a wide range of group sizes and ministry contexts when used alongside the companion study guide and videos. Review: Great small group discipleship material - I have been using this workbook for several years to train mentors at my church. Our mentors work one on one with people going through hardships. This workbook does a great job of helping people understand what it means to be a follower of Jesus. It is a way of helping people better grasp the process of changing. I highly recommend this study. I have found that most groups prefer to read through the material together and have discussion rather than using the DVD teaching. We read through the homework together and discuss it as we go. So far we have had great discussion and have seen great results. Review: A Great Guide - This facilitators guide is essential to teaching the curriculum. I have used it now for the past year and it has been a great blessing to me and my church. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #323,805 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books ) #429 in Adult Christian Ministry (Books) #852 in Adult Christian Education (Books) #1,683 in Christian Pastoral Resources (Books) | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 23 Reviews | ## Images ![- How People Change Facilitator's Guide: How Christ Changes Us by His Grace (Changing Hearts, Changing Lives) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71L2fmrWdnL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great small group discipleship material *by C***N on February 9, 2013* I have been using this workbook for several years to train mentors at my church. Sadly! Instructions for use are part of the course, but I don't know as a facilitator what to do.
