It's odd that this bottle claims 100% key limes from Florida. I know I'm going to skip it. **Q: What is the shelf life?** A: label says 12 month shelf life, refrigerate after opening **Q: My bottle does not have an expiration date and there is a lot of thick pieces floating in it. is this normal?** A: I don’t know about expiration date but mine did not have thick pieces floating in it. **Q: After opening, hope long will this stay good for?** A: We had it in the refrigerator for at least two to three weeks as we used it to spice up summer Margaritas. Should not be a lot different than lemon juice.
