Review: They work - I had my suspicions that we had mice when we first moved into our current home when within 2 nights of being here we heard scratching like noises coming from the loft. So the previous tenant must of had them already here. And then it must have been the 4th night of us living here when at the corner of my eye a mouse ran really quickly across the bedroom carpet & under the bed, I then looked under the bed & it was stood near the skirting board, then it darted behind the wardrobe, then ran to the bedroom door & squeezed underneath it. So I went into the landing and there was no sign of the mouse so I looked for any holes and there was one behind the toilet. I'm guessing these mice scale the cavity wall from the loft and then get inside the house this way. But I think they also get in through the gas piping that goes into the loft and under the floorboards, so they travel this route too along the piping network. Anyway I bought block bait which they took every time but this did not kill them, for some reason it just didn't work. Then I seen these mouse traps with great reviews so bit the bullet and bought them as I was sick of weeks of scratching in the loft from the mice in the early hours of the morning, sometimes it woke me up. I set the traps up in the bathroom, lounge, bedroom and kitchen. I dabbed peanut butter inside the little cups you put on the trap and set up them at 11:00 this evening and wa-la within 15 mins I heard one of the traps bang in the kitchen as seen on my picture and lo and behold a mouse had its neck snapped. Half an hour later another this time in the bathroom. Safe to say these traps work with smooth peanut butter! Review: Hasn't worked yet... Update: Working! - Easier to set up than the old fashioned wooden ones, but my mouse must be really tiny. It ate chocolate off of one and peanut butter off of the other and neither trap was triggered, so am a bit disappointed. Will set them up again regardless. At least if I keep feeding him like this he'll soon be heavy enough to set off the trap... Update: used a piece of raw almond, jammed it into the bait cup. Caught 2 mice in 2 nights. Am pleased now. 5 stars.

100% Guaranteed to trap mice in first go!
I found BOMPOW mouse traps very efficiently as they caught few mice, much more efficient than other mouse traps and traditional mouse traps (aka wood board with simple spring). I placed three BOMPOW traps in front of fridge-freezer in the kitchen since it has floor gap unlike all other kitchen units, and I loaded some 3 different baits (raisin, chocolate biscuts, chocolate stick - I didn't use peanut butter at the time as I didn't have it. Will use peanut butter next time). And next morning, those traps caught mices, and the design of these traps means that I didn't have to touch mouse (though I wear gloves for hygience purpose) and I found it easy to release mice from traps into the bins without an issue. I also found it easy to clean traps (just use soapy water or bleach-water), readied it for another round of trapping. I can see why these BOMPOW mouse traps rated very highly. I highly recommend those BOMPOW mouse traps. Some people may not like to see photos of dead mouse in the review so that is why I don't attach photos in my review.

Simple to set avoids nipped fingers
Arrived promptly, package was just about intact. Instructions reasonably clear. Removal of bait cup is fiddly and can be messy. Peanut butter is usually effective as bait. Easy to set and check Eyelet on back is good idea to let you position trap in narrow spaces but is too small for anything but a very fine hook. This is the best easy set mouse trap I’ve tried so far

Work so well! (Just mind your fingers)
As much as I didn’t want to resort to this way of ridding us of the mice, after trying every way possible (you name it, we tried it... tip traps, catch runs & even an upturned bucket resting on a coin), the damage they were creating whilst avoiding those traps was out of hand. I placed these traps down around the house & within half an hour we caught the first one! Have since caught three more & there doesn’t seem to be signs of any others.. but the traps are all set & left, just incase. Whilst unfortunately they don’t make it out alive, it is quick & instant. Once got, they are easy to dispose of.

They Don't Kill Instantly
I bought these for my garage as I had a problem with mice. On the first day with 6 traps down, I caught 4 mice. Great. One of the traps had been in the loft and had fallen through the open hatch, I thought that they must be powerful. Unfortunately the next day when I went out to my garage I could here like a tapping noise from the loft boarding. A mouse was flopping around every 5-6 seconds, very clearly not killed instantly.

Best traps I've ever used
These mouse traps couldn't be more effective. They're easy to set, kill the mouse immediately, and all you have to do is click to release the bodies afterwards. No need even to touch them. Unlike some traps, the mouse doesn't get injured and drags the trap off with him so you lose the trap. No, they get them every time. I recommend a small dab of peanut butter to there's minimum weight and it just takes the mouse to stick its snout inside the trap for the thing to go off.

NIce looking but that's as far as it goes so far
Bought these because of the good reviews. Had mice in the garage and unfortunately due to food stuffs kept in there, they had started eating through the packaging. Saw the traps online and also borrowed 2 old style wooden ones. Set up the old traps and the new, first night one of the old traps got a mouse. Few days went on and nothing else happened. Went around checking the traps and the remaining traps including the old ones had the bait stolen by the mouse! So went to a different bait (originally cheese) peanut butter. Couple nights later, the next mouse was caught in the same old trap but peanut butter was taken out of one of the new ones without it going off! I've tested the traps and they do work and are sensitive, but unfortunately in a straight comparison to the old wooden types, didn't hold up. Sorry guys.
