Tarp Floor

We bought this bug tent for our summer camping trips in the woods, especially since we usually stay in open tents. It turned out to be fantastic! The setup was incredibly quick—just about five seconds—and while taking it down was a bit tricky the first time, it became really easy after that. The material feels sturdy and well-made, giving me confidence in its durability. One of the best features was the space inside. I could comfortably fit a battery-operated fan to keep the air flowing during warm summer nights. Best of all, the tent did a great job keeping spiders, ants, flies, and mosquitoes away, making our camping experience much more enjoyable and bug-free. I highly recommend this bug tent for anyone heading out camping. It’s versatile enough to set up over a cot or even outside if you want to sleep under the stars without worrying about bugs. Overall, it’s a great addition to any outdoor adventure and definitely worth having on hand.

This folding screen tent is absolutely awesome. Perfect for those super bug filled nights in Florida, ha ha! The tent itself is very well constructed, and the netting is tight enough that it won't allow even tiny bugs through, but still allows for a lot of air flow through it. The top of it has a little shade part if you have it set up in the sun, but the rest of it is still relatively open so you can lay down and look at the stars or the surrounding scenery nice and easily. The length itself is pretty good. I'm 6' tall, and if I stretch out, the ends of my feet and the top of my head just barely touch the screen., but not enough to make it annoying, and if you curl up a little it's definitely not a problem, as well as if you are sitting in it, there is plenty of space that way. Even though it's a one person tent, you could still fit a second in there pretty easily, especially if you're sitting on the floor. There is a tarp like material which keeps it pretty well protected on the bottom, and I thought it would be kind of crinkly and loud, but it's not at all, because the frame actually stretches it out almost perfectly so there's not a lot a lot of loose material. The zipper is smooth and functional as well, and it all comes with a nifty kind of backpack style carrying case, and tent spikes if you want to secure it in the ground. The only thing that is a little difficult, is the actual folding itself, even when reading the instructions, it's kind of hard to explain in general, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad, and you can mostly go off of muscle memory once you get it a couple of times. All in all, I absolutely love this. Would recommend!

So far I am extremely pleased with this tent. My dad lives out in the country near Gainesville Florida and they have Chagas Bugs everywhere, which up to 30 percent carry the Kissing Disease...no cure...hello? I already found 2 in the house and one sucked his dogs blood. So I am going to sleep in this bug free pop up while there because...um...no thanks to Chagas Bugs. Which incidently are a thing in Florida but are not currently being tracked by the state! YIKES! This tent is awesome, it is very sturdy and spacious. I can fit a pillow for my head and a pillow to hug as I'm a side sleeper. And my quilt. You could even hang a little lantern and a small fan inside. I watched utube video on how to put back in the bag and it is easy when you do it the right way. And I did the 4 fold method and it will fit in my suitcase that way...so I'm very happy! And will sleep in no fear of Chagas Bugs sucking my blood! Also I am 5 foot 8 and weigh 190 pounds and I feel it is roomy.

Sansbug is literally the best for bug tents in my opinion and this one with the hard floor tarp is the one I usually always have bought until I bought the one with the soft poly floor which is a lot roomier and best for home use which this one is more ideal for camping. I gave it 5 stars because this is the one I always used and it does the job at keeping all insects out! But the soft poly floor one which I bought not knowing the difference is my gold standard.. but this one is better for outdoor use which I found out now ..

I recently purchased the SansBug pop-up screen tent, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Setup is truly effortless—just remove it from the bag, and it instantly pops open, ready to use. No poles, no complicated assembly—just instant protection from bugs. The mesh is fine enough to keep even the smallest insects out while allowing great ventilation. The built-in floor is a huge plus, ensuring that no critters sneak in from underneath. It’s lightweight and folds down compactly, though it does take a little practice to get the folding technique right. I’ve used it for camping, outdoor trips, and even indoors when visiting places with questionable bug control. It’s spacious enough to fit a sleeping bag comfortably, and the quality is solid for the price. Overall, I highly recommend this tent for anyone looking for a quick, hassle-free way to stay bug-free outdoors!

This is the very best of its kind! Even though it is the most expensive of several options, it is worth every penny. Lots of head room, nice floor, comfortable to sleep in, and easy to collapse & store in provided bag. The shoulder straps are a nice touch, too.

This screen tent works exactly as expected. The no-see-um mesh does a great job keeping bugs out while still allowing airflow, which is exactly what I needed. Setup is quick and easy with the instant pop-up design, and it packs away without much hassle. The tarp floor feels durable and provides good ground protection. It’s lightweight but sturdy enough for regular outdoor use, whether camping, relaxing in the yard, or at the beach. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. It does what it’s supposed to do, keeps bugs out effectively, and offers great value. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and reliable one-person screen tent.

This is your absolute saving grace while treating for bedbugs. Most times you have to use a residual chemical which means you are the bait. You can put this on top of your bed and sleep in it while the bedbugs die and don’t bite you. You have to make sure you tape the zipper pulls shut. But no more sleep deprivation! Great little tent !

Love it. It pops up and packs away easily.

Once my bed was invaded by bed bugs. I hired a bed bug specialist and he came over and sprayed the chemicals and he mentioned - the bugs will still be seen for 3 to 5 days. I couldn't sleep with that in mind, so I tried to use this product and it worked really well, none of the bugs can pass through this net and I can sleep well. Really recommend this to people in similar situation. And who really hate bed bugs.

Perfect for my balcony with my kitty. It’s roomy inside. Fit more than one. I toss in comforter and pillows. Read without getting attacked by pests. Folding it requires strength and patience. It’s hard. I’m a senior with fm and I finally managed to close it. Key for me was having the elastic to wrap it in front of me so I could grab it. So you fold it from the backside not zipper side. Watch video on product site. Takes practice. But the tent itself is very lovely. No chemicals sprayed on it. I even hang up solar fairy light lantern inside.
