I do not play D&D so I do not know how many books you are talking about. **Q: What is the maximum weight carrying capacity of this system?** A: I have owned this model several times and currently have one. I use it to carry catch all finishing items for my general contracting business. The lower bins are used for fastener storage (mostly screws). That said I am using it as a tool box not a tackle box. It weighs over 30 pounds. The result is that with usage it starts to break. First the upper black front handle (that secures the tan upper bin to the lower chassis) pops off/breaks and eventually the bins start to crack. If you baby it by lifting it with two hands instead of the main top handle it will last longer. I can't find a box other than this so I keep on buying them. They last about a year or two. For $30 bucks it is worth it. Buy it. **Q: Does anyone actually use this as a tackle box and if so, would it be good for storing a lot of jigs?** A: It's my main storage for all fishing, fresh and surf. It's HEAVY when loaded. I don't lug it around. Instead it's my garage storage and I pick out the stuff I'm going to take on a trip. Yes, it stores a lot of jigs and it accepts a great add on box for spinners. The 4 drawers are a standard Plano size so you can buy more and swap around as you do different types of fishing. **Q: What color is it? The picture and description don't match. Gray or green?** A: i was hoping for the blue/green one too. The tan and grey was what ended up in my cart. ## Frequently Bought Together - Plano Guide Series StowAway 4-By Rack System Tackle Box, Holds 4 3700 Utility Tackle Boxes, Quick-Access Top Storage with DuraView Lid, Durable Construction, Flexible, Adaptable Fishing Box - KastKing SteelStream 6pc Fishing Tool Kit - Corrosion Resistant Fishing Pliers with Lanyard, Fillet Knife, Floating Fish Lip Gripper, Fishing Braid Scissors, Tool Retractor, Fishing Gifts for Men - Dr.meter Fish Scale - PS01 110lb/50kg Backlit LCD Display Digital Scale with Built-in Measuring Tape - Fishing Scale with 2 AAA Batteries, Pocket Size - Fishing Gifts for Men --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/1136565-plano-guide-series-stowaway-4-by-rack-system-tackle-box](https://www.desertcart.no/products/1136565-plano-guide-series-stowaway-4-by-rack-system-tackle-box) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
