Looking for an extra 10x eye piece for the 3rd port. I looked on the company web site but none of the eye pieces there mention compatibility w/ 380t?

Yeah not sure that’s weird but I’d order one

What cameras are owners using with this microscope, and how has that been working for them?

Dear Customer, Thank you for asking. Owners are usually using our swiftcam or eyepiece camera with this microscope, there is a camera comparison chart downside the listing, please kindly take a look there. Re owner's comment to our camera, please kindly refer to below link, anything else we can help, please let us know. Thank you. https://www.amazon.com/Megapixel-Microscopes-Reduction-Calibration-Compatible/product-reviews/B07RPQPFR2/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_show_all_btm?ie=UTF8&reviewerType=all_reviews Yours Sincerely Annie

do I have to buy a camera in order to view pictures? Or can I view them with the smart phone adapter?

Dear Natalie, Thank you for asking. It's totally up to you, but the smart phone adapter can only meet your needs of taking photos, while the camera provides rich functions like accurate measurement, image adjustment etc., in addition, the image quality is relatively stable and high. Anything else we can help, please let us know. All the best Annie
