Review: Simple but essential add-on for the Kelly Kettle - This little pot support turned out to be a great addition to my Kelly Kettle setup. It’s lightweight, sturdy, and fits perfectly on top of the kettle or under the base to keep the fire off the ground. It really makes the system more versatile — I can now boil water and cook a small meal at the same time without wasting fuel. The metal feels solid and well-made, and it packs easily inside the kettle for transport. I’ve used it several times while camping and it’s holding up great with no warping or rust. Pros: • Compact, lightweight, and easy to store • Works perfectly with all Kelly Kettle models • Lets you cook safely and efficiently • Solid stainless steel construction Cons: • Gets very hot quickly — use tongs or gloves when removing If you already own a Kelly Kettle, this accessory is a must-have. It’s simple, smart, and adds a lot of functionality to your setup. 🔥🍳

Can be used to hold pan over kettle chiminy but works very well under the flame compartment to get it off the ground, in turn making the fuel used for efficient and not scorching the ground. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: What are the holes on the tips used for?**
A: Some people will put a small metal wire through them and tie the 4 corners together which makes it a little more of a one piece set up. Me personally, I've never felt the need to do that since the Pot Support is plenty stable the way it is.

**Q: Are there different sizes for the Base Camp and Trekker or is this one size fits all?**
A: For the pot support, it is one size fits all.

**Q: What is its weight in grams please**
A: The new improved Pot Support / Firebase Stand weighs .18 lbs. or 0.08 kg

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Doesn’t nest in trekker
*by T***H on March 20, 2023*

Overall a great product and a great addition to your Kelly Kettle. I got an old model as a pot stand and wanted this for a stand to set the kettle on to prevent scorching or setting a fire inadvertently. Works great. HOWEVER it won’t nest inside the trekker as the old model will. There’s plenty of room in the bag for it though.
