Review: it works great for ham radio - i like the versatility of the way i can have multiple inputs on one speaker
Review: Perfect for basic mixing for my various desktop devices (multiple PCs, iPads, etc...) - I haven't used it yet for doing any mic/recording stuff, so can't speak for that. But for basic mixing of stereo sources it works perfectly. Appears to be the only option with the features and build aesthetic available on desertcart. The USB output for PC is fantastic and CRUCIAL because most USB audio adapters sold DO NOT support *stereo* line-in, only *mono* (just look for yourself you'll see!). The Loop8 saves the day because its USB interfaces provides stereo input up to 96kHz!!!!!!!!!! Note that audio routed through usb is delayed slightly (~100 milliseconds?) compared to standard output. Brought down to four stars because the Bluetooth channel has a bit of a static/hum background noise when it is enabled. (Whether a device is connected or not!) I can plug in my own Bluetooth pass through to one of the standard inputs and the sound quality is much better and doesn’t have the hiss. Huge bummer was supposed to be a great feature of the device.

- USB Audio and USB On-the-go (OTG): a built-in 24-bit / 96kHz module enables you to connect the mixer to a computer

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I see it mentions turntable, but I don’t see a connection for a ground wire. Is there a specific turntable that needs to be use or any?**
A: Hi MoMoNeY ,

Thanks for contacting us.
This is Sandy from Maker hart Taiwan.
We have not made a special grounding screw for Loop Mixer 8.
However, if you needs grounding, the Loop Mixer 8 screws of the bottom cover can be used for grounding, and the ground wire is connected to the case (the case is connected to the ground of the circuit), so that the function of grounding can be achieved.

If there is any question or comments, please feel free to contact at info@makerhart.com

Thank you. Have a great day.

Best Regards,
Sandy Tsai

**Q: I have your makerheart just mixer5 and i cannot get clean recordings without sugnifficant echo. will this mixer have the same issue?**
A: If your using bluetooth that would be the first guess. I have had no issues like you are describing. I am not a fan of bluetooth in a studio. Hope this helps.

**Q: what does this do in your sessions ?**
A: Yeah

**Q: Are the master output jacks balanced trs or unbalanced ts?**
A: Thank you for your reply. the output is trs. Thank you again.
