How can a shoe be unisex? Men's and women's shoe sizes are way different? What is the sizing problem here?

No, if it's a Men's size 9, it's a Women's size 10.5-11, depending on how the shoe fits in general.

Hi. Im us 10/eur44/uk9. What size should buy?...

I normally wear a size 10. That is what I ordered and it is a good fit.

Are these extra wide?

they are wider than the normal regular puma drift cat! But not EXTRA above normal.
