A handful of dust!
It's not often I post a negative review on Amazon but sadly this tea is very disappointing.Firstly it arrived three days late.Secondly the bag basically contained a very small handful of dust with a few solid bits in.When I used it in my tea infuser cup most of the dust ended up floating round in the tea which wasnt very pleasant to drink.Considering the hefty cost, almost £1.00 a cup, I really had expected a better quality product. Mine certainly did not match the pictures.Did it send me to sleep?, because that's what's important to me considering I suffer from chronic insomnia and anxiety. Well it did make me feel a bit more relaxed after about half an hour but sadly I only managed two hours sleep! I will update if this improves with use. It did taste nice which is about the only other positive.Would I recommend? Probably not at the time of posting this review but as I say I will update.

It works.....
My sleepy tea is without doubt the most effective sleep tea I've ever come across.1 level teaspoon is enough for me & I'm asleep within 30mins & I wake up 7hrs later. All my family are note using this product & racing about it.

OMG - A great tasting tea with a purpose
I don't usually buy into products like this as they can often come across gimmicky. However, when a friend recommended My Sleepy Tea to me I gave it a fair crack. The first thing I noticed was the great taste, it really had a unique and high-quality taste. It also did what it says on the tin and helped me sleep through the night. I normally wake up a couple of times a night but this helped me to sleep like a baby.

Really happy!
I’ve previously tried every other sleep aid under the sun, but it’s always been the same story – no improvement to my sleep and lots of wasted money!! If this sounds familiar to you too then definitely try this!Aside from helping me falling asleep faster, over the last few weeks I noticed my sleep is better and I’m not waking up during the night anymore, which is great as I’m naturally such a light sleeper! Will 100% purchase this again!

Amazing
Very effective, this tea is by far the best i’ve tried, not only do you fall asleep no problem but stay asleep, this is something i’v never been able to do, and if you do wake up it helps you to go to back sleep straight away! Amazing

Didn’t even make me yawn
It really didn’t work for me and I really didn’t like the taste but I persevered for a sleep. Really disappointed because the reviews were all good. I’d have been cheaper buying chamomile tea it would work much better

Not for me
Have not used as I didn't realise that it contained rooibos which I don't think is a good idea if you have liver problems. The amount might be so small it won't matter, but I didn't want to risk it.

Effective and flavorful
This tea has been extremely effective for my wife to fall asleep. She usually struggles, but has seen a lot of improvement. I like drinking it too, if only for the taste, since I sleep just fine :)
