I broke this down to drops, because the RDA (which can be considered a minimum to prevent problems) is about 1-2 mg a day. There are about 50 drops in 1/2 tsp, and so 50 drops = 100 mg. I want to take 6 mg a day, so I take 3 drops a day. I use a stainless steel straw and dip it into the bottle, then shake 3 drops into my drink. Works well for me (more alertness in the morning). I am going to buy a glass eye-dropper soon to use.
