A: The flavor and texture of the Mushroom soy is distinctive and powerful.  We use it or regular depending on the receipe.

A: It does not mention gluten free on the label.

**Q: Is this product made in China?**
A: Product’s website says it is made in southern China. I no longer have original bottle to check label.

**Q: Is this product kosher or not? i see the ou sign but when i ordered it, there was no ou sign on the jar.**
A: No. They didn't pay OU for the stamp of approval.
