To the best of my knowledge the Controller comes with a New X-Box 360. Now if it is Used? I don't know? I know I bought a Used Xbox 360 from Amazon and they supplied me with a Controller in the price. You might also check with Game Stop. If nobody is up to date on Xbox 360 try several other Game Stop stores. You should get a definitive answer.
