Review: Now that's what I call non-stick - I purchase this bakeware set, because I had already purchase the Anolon pizza crisper. And like the pizza crisper, this bakeware set is also impressive. I have baked chicken and fish on it many times, (I use aluminum foil beneath the crisper to catch the grease), the meat almost slides off when done. The bakeware set is somewhat heavy, but very sturdy and the crisper did not warp (unlike my last crisper). Clean up is very easy (warm soap and water), but after a while, there will be some discoloration (that's expected). The only issue I have is the size: it is larger than stated. I measured the pan: 17 1/2 x 12 inches (external) which might be a problem for people with small ovens (my oven door can't close completely). Other than the size, this product is definitely worth purchasing, if you don't want food sticking to pan and then having to scrub/scrape and soak the pan, thanks.

I purchase this bakeware set, because I had already purchase the Anolon pizza crisper. And like the pizza crisper, this bakeware set is also impressive. The overall appearance of this Christopher is very nice. And also he is also is a high quality item.. It has some weight to it which means that it is very sturdy. Especially I like the coating nothing seems to stick to it. Also like the ability to remove the crisp rate and yet 2 is very durable. I use this a lot of times as a smaller sheet for smaller items rather than putting a big baking sheet in the oven. So far as this worked out really fine . I'm glad I purchased this item.
