It is not possible to 'catch' a mouth ulcer through kissing or sharing drinks becuase they aren't caused by an infection. If you have already had the denture adapted .. then if you take it out every opitunity you can and suck these .. they do eirk quickly ... also a good rinse with warm salty warm .. swishing it about .. salt makes wonderful healing mouth wash. Nothing at all will heal a denture rubbing .. you will end up with an ulcer type thing which will take months of no dentures in to heal . The relief you’ll get when your denture gets adjusted will amaze you . You may have to suck these off and on , especially at bed time with your denture out for a day or two to help the sore spot to heal after the adjustment .
