Review: The Baby Ruth is Baby ruthing - Middle of a California summer, I thought my order was going to be a melted mess but it was actually delivered in an insulated box with what WAS an ice pack. The ice pack had melted so while the outer packaging was wet with some sort of liquid most the bars were in good shape . The top layer of bars were a bit smashed but the 2nd and 3rd rows were perfect and fresh. the authentic fresh bars always have a distinct malt taste and these did not disappoint. I’ve order 4 boxes of these all in great condition but the shipper/seller was desertcart. the 5th box I ordered arrived a melted mess. I soon found out it was not shipped through desertcart so if you placing an order of these make sure it’s through desertcart because they ship them in an insulated box. I've kept mine sometimes--in cool locations--for over a year when I was living overseas. Keep cool--refrigerated if you want to, and they'll last indefinitely. If they get warm, they get gooey, but that's about the worst. **Q: What is the expiration date on these candy bars ?** A: My current inventory expiration date is: 28 February 2022 **Q: Are these shipped with cold packs?** A: My package was not shipped with cold packs ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Baby Ruth is Baby ruthing *by 3***S on June 4, 2026* Middle of a California summer, I thought my order was going to be a melted mess but it was actually delivered in an insulated box with what WAS an ice pack.
