Tri-ply Stainless

Yes they are very pricey but you love food and enjoy cooking, they would be the best investment!

My husband and I are in love with this set! If you pre-heat the pan, then it’s good as a non-stick pan! It’s a good investment for sure! ❤️

=Read 2 year update at end= Quality you can feel. Wow this 10 piece D3 set is stunning to look at and phenomenal to cook with, Its true about the fond you get after searing/frying you attain to make fantastic gravy's. We splurged after buying a new induction range so we could see what all the fuss was about, and my wife and I are very happy with both the precise control of temperature you get with these D3 pans/pots and the heft and thickness. along with the incredibly quick heat up time of the new Induction range, both as a combo are a dream. Clean up is easy, but the first few times I was worried as the fond and bottoms accumulate alot of discoloration after cooking, but it all comes off very easily under hot water and dish soap with a sponge. We would highly recommend this set. -2year Update- 3 layer frypan does not cut it on an induction cooker. our 10inch has warped and Allclad does not warranty warpage. Had to replace with a competitors 5 play which has performed much better. Beware 3 play anything on induction. We learned the hard(Expensive) way that you need 5 play on Induction cooktops. Allclad should explain this imo Saucepans are great but no idea if they have also warped, but not concerned with a saucepan warping.

This superbly crafted equipment with a meaningful lifetime guarantee ticks all the boxes for somebody wanting professional level cookware in the home kitchen. You can feel the quality from the moment you open the box. If you love cooking, All-Clad is the premium choice.

At first i was happy with the quality. And for nearly all the included Pans and Pots i still am. But after not even amonth the 10" Skillet severly deformed. It started to wobble and one side of it would always me like 3mm away from the stove top. I never heated it beond medium temp. And i did not use it in the Oven or shocked it with cold water. I propably was just very unlucky. But that doesnt change the fact that i had to send it back broken.

This set caught my eye quite a while back and at first I was hesitant to spend so much on pots and pans; however I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy them. I am happy to inform you that they're as good as advertised. High Quality and a joy to cook with. I do have one thing to mention though which is in concerns with the product's lifetime warranty which I've been unable to activate in Australia. Because the registration requires a US or Canadian address.

Husband loved it.
