This was purchased for a restaurant and has been run through a commercial dishwasher daily for months with no problems. It can make even more than they say it will. I used 6 lbs of coffee and I made about six gallons of coffee concentrate on my 2nd batch. I was happy to learn it has 2 filters, 1 paper & 1 Cloth fiber to filter out almost all of the coffee grounds and the associated dirt like mess. I rinsed the filters and hung them up to dry so I can use them over again. I also bought some cloth fabric to make some of my own filters because to buy them is so ungodly expensive you can't even believe it.
