The difference to training was instant and clear - the cuffs offer great support when lifting heavier weights and have protected an older injury as it heals. Elasticated enough to get a good wrap around the wrists with a strong hold. Only issue I have with them is I’ve used them 10 time’s roughly and the right side Velcro stitching is already starting to go.
