AUTOOL CT150

Works bitchen, easy to use and setup. Used to unclog corvette injectors, car didn't start, now it does thanks to this machine. Worth every penny.

This is a nice machine for the money. It seems to be made quite well. The instructions seem to be well written and fairly concise. I really like the machines size and it works quite well. Filling the injector cleaner into the machine is something that needs to be watched carefully. The fluid level on the machines side, has fill indications. If you over fill the small internal tank it will leak all over the bench. This machine will give your injectors a good workout and test them well. A machine like this is great to have if you have fuel injected vehicles. If you take your time and do all of the cycles, your injectors (if they are good) will be really clean if the fluid is well chosen .

Works really good

The manufacturer has failed to build a product that meets the intended use and did not test the product for accuracy or usability. There are many defects in the programming of the electronic circuit board that operates this Autool CT150, which makes the product nearly useless for testing. It cleans the injectors ok. Manufacturer failed to provide quality programming and did not provide a means to drain or clean the reservoir tank. For example. To use the menu item 10. High speed test value. You must press the UP button 89 times to get a reasonable amount of time duration setting for the test. Holding the up button doesn't work. Then after the test is completed, the circuit board reboots loosing the settings. You then must repress the up button 89 more times. There are several design defects of header manifold that feeds the injectors that creates a pressure drop inside. The two inner injectors receive higher pressure than the outer two injectors. Example: the quality vs time of fluid delivery by the injector changes depending on which position on the manifold it is placed. Totally useless for comparing injectors performance or fuel delivery vs time... like it was designed to do. Injector adapters are cut too long and go too deep into header causing pressure drop. I put a picture of the inside of the header where you can see the adapter threads extend too deep into the header. The LED lights are positioned to shine directly into your eyes. I had to block the LEDs with a piece of card board. Workmanship and quality of materials is very good.

I am a novice engine builder/gear head and I love this thing. Use it regularly and really like it. Ill run multiple injectors and now can see which ones spray the closest and throw those together etc...

This tool is a great concept, and it really works (the first time) if you're careful. If carb cleaner touches the plastic electrical pin connectors or the front plastic panel, the plastic of these parts will melt. The manual is poorly written. Critical omissions: It doesn't tell you how to fill the reservoir; It doesn't describe the process of dumping the vials after the flow test (that's what the little handle is for, in the center of the vials); And it doesn't say how to empty the reservoir after the work is completed (you must tip the unit on it's side to empty the reservoir). Parts of the tool appear to be well-made, while other parts (e.g., the dump valve for the ultrasonic bath and the aforementioned plastic parts) are really cheap or made of the wrong material. 2 or 3 sets of extra pin connectors should have been provided with the unit, plus 2 or 3 plastic front panels, however, the pin connectors can't be unplugged. I purchased a used Mercedes wiring harness on Ebay to scavenge the injector pin connectors. I'll try cutting off the Chinese connectors and splicing on the German connectors, which are solvent-resistant. I love how well this machine worked, but I've used it only once. I tried to dump all the carb cleaner from the unit, but it remains to be seen if lingering vapors will damage internal seals. Next time I use it, I'll update this review.

Excelente calidad precio y cumple sus funciones Perfectamente

Product is horrible quality waste of time ordering, and plus take more the 4 days to arrive. Only take me literally 5min to find out this machine is a joke, I been a mechanic half of my live; for more then 25 years and never been more dissatisfied with a tool.

I like the ultrasonic cleaning. I like the graduations of the cylinders. I need to use it a few times more to learn its abilities and limitations. Messy when done as solvent leaks out when removing injectors. It can be a bit messy because of that. Not a deal breaker at all though.

I bought it after 7 days I am facing leaking problem . Not good quality

I tested 32 injector , cars and bike . First thing the psi gauge is not accurate , should be a 0-60psi or a 0-100psi not a 0-150. Very hard to adjustnat the same pressure over and over. Pump is barely able to maintain 40psi with 24lb inj but with 80lb inj not able to maintsin 35psi . So not made to test high flow injector. Thinks that is very annoying is at the end of each lo long test , the main board is reset itselft to the base idle (02) test for 10min , and probably fuel pressure too becaus i have to raise to 40psi all the time. Oh and instruction is very very not informative , better check on youtube.
