What is the nutritional info? Protein, fat, carbs, etc. This info is NOT in the photos as previous answer suggests.

A Google search came up with this info: 1Tbsp: Fat 8 grams Carbs 3 grams Protein 3 grams Calories 90 Hope this helps! I ended up throwing the whole jar away. I think one either loves it or hates it, lol. I thought it was awful.

I need to keep track of my sodium intake due to chf. i see that there’s himalayan sea salt but no sodium content. is there any nutritional values?

Crunchy Salted Caramel Fatso has 75mg of sodium per 2 tbsp (32 grams)

Why is this flavor so bitter?? i bought one in the grocery store and im not sure if i just got a bad batch or is this bitter taste normal??

Thanks for your feedback. Our Crunchy Salted Caramel flavour is a little like cilantro - about 2% of people taste it a bit different! The other 98% are just enamoured with it.

What's the texture like?

When you first get it, the oil is on the top. Stir thoroughly. The texture ends up being thinner than traditional peanut butter, but thicker than a spread. I hope that helps!
