Does this work with the DS718+ (12volt, 5.41amps)?

The description claims to work with DS920+. I bought it for my DS418, which it also claims to work with. The power supply lasted about two days and then died. I returned it, I called Synology and there’s an OEM part they gave me which is sold through NewEgg ($70). I found an old power supply I had for a mini computer and that has been working for me ever since mine died. If that one goes, then I’ll get the OEM part.
