what age are these for?

I’m not sure exactly what age they are recommended for but I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old who both use these and they ar plenty big enough!

What age bracket are these for?

I think the packaging said 9 months. We started using them around 5 months and they were a little big. Food would still get on her clothes around the neck.

Are they truly waterproof?

Yes, by following the recommended care instructions these bibs should stay waterproof!
