what is the length of the clippers

Great question. These are 3.5 inches long from top to bottom. Thank you.

wrong item sent. What do i do?

There's no way to return it. I also got the wrong one. Not the item number either. It says they do no do returns and there is no way to even contact them. NOT HAPPY!!!

Can I use these to cut meat?

No, I'm not sure what meat you could possibly cut with nail clippers.
