What is the voltage, 110v or 220v?

Hi Lorrian. The operating voltage for this appliance is 110v.

Can metal utensils be used with this griddle??

Hello, Yes, metal utensils can be used with this griddle. We don't recommend any cutting be done directly on the plate. Hope this helps! SUPERSAVER

Why does my thermostat light not work?

Hello, We recommend contacting Amazon directly in regards to the not working item. Or you may reach out to this number (855) 926-2626 Business hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST

Is this griddle truly cast iron? I am suspicious of 'non stick' in the description. That takes time to build up on cast iron.

It’s not heavy like a cast iron skillet. I have used it numerous times and so far no issues with anything sticking.
