Featuring non-slip silicone handles that rest securely on standard mugs, it ensures safe, hands-free brewing. With a 4-ounce capacity and dishwasher-safe design, it’s a reusable, economical, and versatile tool perfect for tea lovers and spice infusions alike. ## Description HIC Kitchen’s Brew In Mug Tea Infuser easily steeps loose tea leaves directly in the cup and keeps unwanted bits from escaping into the brew for a perfect, cleaner cup of tea every time. The Brew In Mug Tea Infuser basket nestles into the cup while the handles rest securely onto the rim to steady it in place. No need to hold it in place so hands stay safely away from hot contents. The lid confines tea leaves inside the basket so tea steeps without loose bits escaping into the brew. Easy to use. Simply measure in loose tea and place the lid on top. Set the infuser basket into a cup so the handles rest securely on the cup rim. Pour boiled water into the cup and allow tea to steep for 3 minutes to release tea’s essential oils for maximum infusion of aroma and flavor. Once the desired brew strength is achieved, remove the infuser and discard the used tea leaves. Great for making mulled cider, too. Fill with favorite spices instead of tea. Made from 18/8 stainless steel with non-slip silicone handles. It’s sturdy and durable, reusable, economical, and compact for easy storage. A useful addition to kitchen utensils and tea accessories, it’s easy to use and empty. Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Brought to you by HIC, a third-generation family owned and operated company in the USA since 1957. ## Features - HIC Kitchen’s Brew In Mug Tea Strainer for brewing and straining loose leaf tea directly in the cup without leaves escaping into the brewed tea - Made from 18/8 stainless steel with non-slip silicone handles; sturdy and durable; measures 3.125 x 5 x 3.25-inches - Designed to fit inside a standard-size cup without holding it in place; handles securely rest on the cup rim so hands remain safe from hot contents - Measure in loose tea, place infuser in cup, set lid on top, pour boiled water into the cup; lid prevents leaves from escaping into the brewed tea - Steep a more flavorful brew than store-bought tea bags; reusable and economical; also great for mulling spices; dishwasher safe for easy cleanup ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07D3L792X | | Best Sellers Rank | #741,185 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #529 in Tea Filters | | Brand Name | HIC Kitchen | | Color | Stainless Steel | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars (68) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00781723438331 | | Included Components | Tea Infuser | | Item Dimensions L x W | 3.13"L x 5"W | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 5"L x 3.25"W x 3.13"H | | Item Type Name | Tea Infuser | | Item Weight | 3.04 ounces | | Manufacturer | HIC-Harold Import Company | | Manufacturer Part Number | 43833 | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Number | 43833 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Shape | Basket | | UPC | 781723438331 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** HIC Kitchen - **Color:** Stainless Steel - **Item Weight:** 3.04 ounces - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Number of Packs:** 1 - **Product Dimensions:** 5"L x 3.25"W x 3.13"H - **Shape:** Basket - **UPC:** 781723438331 - **Unit Count:** 1 Count ## Images ![HIC Kitchen Brew In Mug Tea Infuser, 18/8 Stainless Steel, 4-Ounce Capacity - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81xcCijeMLL.jpg) ![HIC Kitchen Brew In Mug Tea Infuser, 18/8 Stainless Steel, 4-Ounce Capacity - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41EYQsTtSWL.jpg) ![HIC Kitchen Brew In Mug Tea Infuser, 18/8 Stainless Steel, 4-Ounce Capacity - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41nGeMnbj4L.jpg) ![HIC Kitchen Brew In Mug Tea Infuser, 18/8 Stainless Steel, 4-Ounce Capacity - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/515kRXuARQL.jpg) ![HIC Kitchen Brew In Mug Tea Infuser, 18/8 Stainless Steel, 4-Ounce Capacity - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41afGVC7-0L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/103296317-hic-kitchen-brew-in-mug-tea-infuser-18-8-stainless](https://www.desertcart.no/products/103296317-hic-kitchen-brew-in-mug-tea-infuser-18-8-stainless) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
