## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does the Brennen have a headphone Jack since I listen to all my music via wired headphones?**
A: There is not a dedicated Headphones socket as such but you can plug headphones into the Line Out. The output power is quite limited so will require sensitive headphones to get reasonable listening levels. Alternatively the B2 does have an optical out which can be used with an external DAC/Headphone amplifier.

**Q: If you have songs saved on your computers hard drive can you transfer then to the Brennan B2?**
A: You can transfer the music from your computer to the B2 using a USB HDD or memory stick (the HDD or stick will need to be FAT32 formatted to work with the B2 - the B2 has a facility for doing this). You can also transfer files using the B2's NAS mode and your LAN (WiFi or Ethernet).

**Q: I have an extensive itunes library. can i transfer from itunes to brennan b2**
A: As long as your iTunes music is in AAC, ALAC, FLAC or MP3 format it can be transferred to the B2.

**Q: Have brennan b2 2tb and would like backup hd, what is recommended?**
A: Most portable USB HDDs will work with the B2. I use the Toshiba Canvio Basics USB3.0 1TB for example. Other customers have used the Le Cie mini. The HDD will need to be formatted with FAT32 to work with the B2 - there is a format routine in the B2's Maintenance menu. You can also use a USB thumb drive.
